Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement: 
By booking a service with Celebration Island Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms as needed.

 

2. Estimates & Pricing: 
Estimates are based on the information provided by the client and are subject to change if conditions differ upon arrival. Additional services requested may incur extra charges.

 

3. Payment
: Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Late payments may incur a fee.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling: 
Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

 

5. Access & Safety: 
Clients must provide safe and unobstructed access to the service location, including power and water if required. Celebration Island Services reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Liability
: We strive for quality service. If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 24 hours, and we will address reasonable concerns. We are not responsible for pre-existing damages, normal wear and tear, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

7. Pets & Personal Items
: Clients are responsible for securing pets and valuables before service. We do not move heavy furniture or handle delicate items unless agreed upon in advance.

 

8. Limitations of Liability
: Celebration Island Services is not liable for damage resulting from improper maintenance of surfaces or materials. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

 

9. Right to Refuse Service: 
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

10. Privacy Policy: 
Client information is kept confidential and used solely for service fulfillment and business operations.
